I'm missing credits!

Sorry you're dealing with this, this definitely should not happen. I've been noticing that sometimes when the payment systems are slow or hang for a while, that's when this bug often appears.


Self-Troubleshooting

The first thing to try would be resyncing your data, as we've noticed it was sometimes just a connection issue. This has worked for some people.

1. Head to account settings.

2. Scroll down all the way near the end where it says "Sync user data". Press that button.

3. Close the app entirely. When you restart you should see the loading screen again. Then check your credits again and see if they are now there.


That didn't work, what now?

I can generate a promo code for you to redeem. But i'll need some info from you. Please send the following to faculty@labyrinthos.co:

  1. A screenshot of your receipt. They are usually sent as emails, and look like the following. We're specifically looking for an order number.

    3. As a side note, for your own privacy, Apple and Google doesn't give us developers a lot of information about orders. I'll need the receipt to generate replacement codes on my end.
  2. And finally a screenshot of your credit balance inside the Labyrinthos Tarot app. Something like this should work just fine:

    1. What version of the app you're on
    2. What version of android or iOS you're on
    3. Whether you were logged in or not
