Are you still shipping during the COVID-19 crisis?

Yes, we are still shipping! Processing times (the time to pick and package orders for delivery) are currently 1-3 days.

For customers outside of the US: We are seeing delays of up to 5 weeks so far with international orders due to COVID-19. This can mean it takes up to 2 months for some customers to receive their packages. This is likely due to the lack of cargo planes flying international routes. Please be aware that packages are taking more time than usual, and this is largely out of our control. Anecdotally, we've been seeing slowdowns for shipping services with Mail Innovations International, but very minimal ones for DHL. If you're in a rush, we recommend DHL, though they are more expensive.
