How long will it take for me to get my refund?

Once we issue you a refund, you will get an email notification from us confirming the refund. 

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. Depending on circumstances, additional delays may occur.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment. Once we issue the refund, it can take the bank up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your account. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement, depending on your bank.
