How long will it take to get my package?

Processing Time - If you placed your order before 1PM Eastern Time, your order should be packed and processed on the same day. It is otherwise sent to the carriers the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.

Shipping times vary based on the services you choose.

Orders within the USA - We work with UPS as well as USPS for orders within the United States. All orders are tracked, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation once they are released. Unfortunately, all carriers have suspended their shipping time guarantees during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Priority shipping is still faster than standard, but may not reach you within 3 days.

Standard Shipping - In general, our standard shipping service provides delivery within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) within the US, depending on your location.
USPS Priority Mail - For a slightly higher fee, shipping time is about 2-3 days.
UPS Next Day Air Mail - For an additional cost, the transit time of your package can be as little as 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Please be aware, the cutoff time for us to send the package to UPS on the same day is 1PM. That means if you order after 1PM, your package will be sent out on the following business day. It will then take 1 business day to travel and reach you. To clear up doubt, if you order Thursdays after 1PM, your package won't make it to you until Monday. **Note** Because of the recent Coronavirus situation, it can take up to 3 days for us to process orders before they are shipped.

International Orders - We use DHL, UPS and your country's post offices for international orders. We find that DHL is the most reliable and fastest service we used. **We are seeing delays of up to 5 weeks so far with international orders due to COVID-19. This is likely due to the lack of cargo planes. Please be aware that packages are taking more time than usual, and this is largely out of our control. Thank you for your patience!**

UPS Mail Innovations International - This is only available in some countries, and only for low weight items (under 2 pounds). Arrives in anywhere from 5-21 business days.
DHL - Depending on location, your package should arrive anywhere from 3-10 business days.
